Masala means a mixture of ground spices. This chai recipe incorporates Ayurvedic digestive spices to support a balanced mind & body. Traditionally prepared with black tea, this recipe is also great decaffeinated with rooibos. I like mine a little bit sweet and creamy with almond or coconut milk.
This chai is the perfect way to start your day and boost your agni. Or enjoy in the afternoon with a snack for a pick me up.
